Short version: this website uses no tracking cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, so there is no cookie banner to click through.

1. Cookies

This website does not set any cookies of its own, and it loads nothing from third parties that could set them. We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, heatmaps, session recording or any other tracking tool.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set a short-lived security cookie (such as __cf_bm) to tell real visitors from malicious bots. It contains no personal profile, is not used for tracking or advertising, and expires within about 30 minutes. It is strictly necessary for keeping the site secure.

2. Local storage

If you press the pause-motion button (bottom-right of the home page), your browser remembers that choice in local storage under the name onyx-motion, so animations stay paused on your next visit. It stores only "on" or "off", never leaves your device, and is not shared with anyone. You can remove it by clearing your browser's site data.

3. Third-party services

None. All typefaces and code are served from our own server, so your browser does not connect to Google, content-delivery networks or any other third party while you browse this site.

There are no embedded videos, maps, social media widgets or chat tools on this site.

4. Why there is no consent banner

Consent banners are needed for cookies and trackers that are not strictly necessary, such as analytics and advertising. Because we use none (security checks against bots are strictly necessary, not trackers), and the only stored item is a preference you set yourself, there is nothing to consent to. If we ever add analytics or similar tools, we will ask for your consent before they load and update this policy.

5. Controlling cookies

You can block or delete cookies and site data at any time in your browser settings. The site works fully with all cookies and storage blocked.
